You should spend considerable amount of time & effort to evaluate the business that you intend to get involved in. The following are the list of things you should do:- study online brochure & information
- visiting the outlets
- check-out the food, service & everything about the business
- talk to as many people as possible
- imagine what it would be like to own and run the business
- ask yourself if you have what it takes to be entrepreneur
- study other franchises in similar trade to make comparison
Step 2 - Submit Application
You need to submit an application form (no obligation at all) that gives us information about your situation. We will then provide more detailed & confidential information that will help you to evaluate the franchise in-depth.Step 3 - Meet For Discussion
Once we receive your application, we will study it thoroughly and give you a response within 2 weeks.If you are qualified, we will invite you for a meeting to:
- discuss about the business and confidential information in details
- answer any question that you might have about the business
- do site show around and demo
- find out more about you
- help you to analyze if you are suitable for this business
Step 4 - Join The Team
Congratulation, you have passed our stringent criteria in the above 3 steps. You are ready to join our franchise. You are now required to make a commitment to join the franchise by doing the following:- Sign the franchise agreement & other forms
- Initial franchise fee of S$20,000
- send you for on-site training (approximately 48 hours)
- search for suitable site for you
- provide on-going consultation

As soon as you join our team, we will get started on the following:- Provide 48-hour on-site training
- Find, review and secure a suitable location to open
- Once a site is confirmed, we will engage you from the initial design and planning stage. Out project team will manage the project until the outlet is open for business and run smoothly before we hand over to you.
- We will guide you in the hiring & training process
During & After The Opening
Our systems are in place to help you to operate your business effectively with the following support:- Our project team will be on-site to start your business together with you & your new staff. They will provide on-site training & support to all the staff involved.
- A comprehensive operation manual & necessary documents will be provided to you to guide you on all aspect of running the business.
- The new outlet will take about 2-3 months to stabilize. Our project team will hand over to you in stages to allow you the time to familiarize and run the business smoothly.
On-Going Business Support
- We have ongoing advertising & promotion budget to support entire franchise group
- We provide on-going business consultancy and advise to ensure your business is run at optimal level

- We will also keep you up to date via emails, phone call and our regular training cum audit visit.
Royalty & Advertisement
Total royalty & advertisement fee is 8% of total sales of your outlet. It is contributed on a monthly basis. You are required to report the profit & loss account to us on monthly basis so that we are in a good position to help you to optimize your business.Agreements To Sign
To join our franchise, you are required to sign the following agreements:- Franchise Agreement
- No-Disclosure & Non-Compete Agreement
- Lease agreement of business premise
- Other forms and agreement may be applicable from time to time
